- Draughtsman – Cum Tracker: (PB-1) 5200-20200 + 2800
- Junior Assistant: (PB-1) 5200-20200 + 2400
- Asst. Town Planner: Degree in Architecture 5 years’ Full time course with Post Graduation in Town Planning
- Assistant Regional Manager: Degree in Civil Engineering having valid Gate score
- Assistant Site Engineer: Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum of 60% marks
- Assistant Account Officer: B. Com with 60% or above with Certificate Course in information Technology (RSCIT)
- Junior legal Officer: Law Graduate with minimum 55% mark OR Second Class Law Graduate with LLM.
- Draughtsman – Cum Tracker: Diploma in Architecture from Polytechnic with two years’ experience as Draughtsman in reputed organization of town planning/ architecture along with certificate course of AUTOCAD software from recognized institute. OR Certificate course of Draughtsman (Civil) from National Council of Vocational Trade
- Junior Assistant: 12th Pass or equivalent and B. “O” or Higher Level Certificate course conducted by DOEAC under control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India. Or Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA) / Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) certificate organized under National/ State Council of Vocational Training Scheme
